RERA serves notices to five real estate companies in Telangana Hyderabad

Five firms involved in real estate projects received show cause warnings from the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) on wednesday for breaking rules. They have 15 days to respond.

Radhe Group Real Estate Company received notifications from RERA for starting the Radhe Panorama project in Usman Nagar, ramachandrapuram Mandal, sangareddy District, without first registering with RERA. Similar to this, Om Shree Builders developers received a warning for beginning the project under the name Om Shree Signet and obtaining RERA registration authorization solely for Blocks A, B, C, and D while beginning Block "E" work without authorization. The regulatory body also sent the Bhuvana teja Infra project's owners a warning for holding free launch sales in hyderabad and other State cities.

Despite possessing an RERA registration, TMR Construction Company was given a show cause notice for engaging in promotional activities through pamphlets and brochures without adhering to the requirements and showing the registration number. Suvarna Bhumi Infra Developers sold a site in Yellapur, close to Patancheruvu, in the sangareddy district without first registering with the RERA, and a show cause notice was issued.

Any pre-launching/UDS/EOI programmes for real estate developments without authorisation from the HMDA, GHMC, UDA, or local bodies, as well as TS RERA registration, will be subject to harsh punishment under the RERA Act, the RERA chairman N Satyanarayana said. Without RERA registration, "selling, marketing, and booking are all offences," he said.
