A meeting was held on thursday under the leadership of Bengaluru City police Commissioner B. Dayanand in the background of Modi's visit to ISRO's telemetry, tracking and command network i.e. ISTRAK at Peenya on Saturday. The public has been requested by the police to use alternative routes instead of these roads. Old airport Road, Old madras Road, MG Road, Kabban Road, raj bhavan Road, Bellary Road (Mekhri Circle), CV Raman Road, Yesvantpur Flyover, Tumkur Road (Yesvantpur to Nagasandra), Magadi Road, Horavartula Road (Goragunte Palya) It is suggested to use alternate route from junction Sumanahalli) Gubbi Thotappa Road, Jalahalli Cross Road.


Movement of heavy goods vehicles has been restricted. Bengaluru police has appealed that the ban has been imposed from 04.00 am to 11.00 am on august 26.
