Foods provided to school students in breakfast scheme..!?

It has been informed that 50 grams of rice, small grains and vegetables will be given to each student for breakfast. Also the list of food items served from monday to friday has been published. The Chief Minister's Breakfast Program was launched last year on Anna's birthday, september 15. The next phase of this has been expanded today to provide breakfast to school students across tamil Nadu. Chief Minister's breakfast program, most of the public. Breakfast Program has been launched by the chief minister of tamil Nadu to expand the Chief Minister's Breakfast Program to benefit 17 lakh students studying in 31,008 schools at a cost of Rs.404.41 crore. Then chief minister Stalin, who served food to the students, sat with the students and had breakfast. According to this scheme, the list of foods provided to the students in the breakfast scheme has been published.


Monday Rava Upluma / Semiya Upluma / Rice Upluma / Wheat Semolina Upluma with Veg Sambar:


Tuesday – Rava Vegetable Khichdi with Vegetable sambar / Semiya Vegetable Khichdi / corn Vegetable Khichdi / Wheat Semolina Khichdi

 Wednesday - Rava pongal / Ven pongal with Vegetable Sambar;

Thursday - Semiya Upluma / Rice Upluma / Rava Upluma / Wheat Semolina Upluma with Vegetable Sambar;

Friday - Semiya vegetable khichdi with vegetable sambar / corn vegetable khichdi / rava vegetable khichdi / wheat semolina khichdi will be served to students under Chief Minister's breakfast scheme.


The amount of raw material for breakfast given to a student per day is 50 grams of rice / semolina / wheat semolina / semiya. Further, 15 grams of locally grown small grains / pulses for sambar and locally available vegetables, breakfast made from locally available small grains will be provided at least 2 days in a week, tamil Nadu government said.
