appeared unfazed and predicted a return of breakaway leader ajit pawar to the parent party here on Friday.

State congress President Nana Patole said that after meeting Senior Pawar, deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar

may have expressed his desire to return to NCP.

Patole said, "Sharad Pawar is a senior and experienced leader. It seems from his statements that he has been able

to change Ajit Pawar's mind and he will soon return to his party."

Many political speculations after Pawar's statement

Congress chief spokesperson Atul Londhe said several political speculations have started after Sharad Pawar's

statement in pune on Friday, although "he has repeatedly clarified that he will not go with the Bharatiya Janata

Party". Londhe claimed, "A simple interpretation of Sharad Pawar's statement is that maharashtra and the

country may soon see 'Ajit Pawar Returns Part-2'. There is no need to see it differently."

He pointed out how ajit pawar and his supporters - who are now part of the state government - keep meeting

Sharad Pawar or seeking his blessings, and this means ajit pawar will come back from the political mess created

by the BJP.
