Telangana Commissioner organises yoga session for Siddipet Police

Police Commissioner N swetha began a yoga training course for the district's officers to maintain the siddipet police physically and mentally fit. The Commissioner made the choice because a significant portion of the district's police officers had obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other health problems.

The Commissioner stated that many of the police officers could not go walking, running, or swimming in their daily lives for a number of different reasons after kicking off the two-month long yoga training session particularly for police employees on friday at the police Convention Centre. She said that the yoga class will be offered for them for four days a week for the following 60 days. health Minister T harish rao had previously given the siddipet government hospital the task of creating a health profile for the siddipet police. After performing 55 tests on the police officers, the physicians at the hospital developed the profiles for 1,156 of the department's employees.
