Atishi further wrote that, if there were repeated complaints of sexual harassment against this officer then why no

action was taken? Atishi raised serious questions on the process of disposal of complaints and disciplinary action

against officers. Atishi further asked, which senior officers were aware of the repeated offenses by this WCD

officer? Atishi has directed the Chief Secretary to submit a detailed report on the multiple sexual harassment

complaints against the WCD officer.

raping his friend's daughter and making her pregnant by a senior officer working in the women and Child

Police registered a case and got involved in the investigation. The accused officer and his wife have been sent to

judicial custody by the court.
