Many young people who have received their diplomas and are awaiting admission to higher education programmes have discovered a source of work in the shape of politicians who are vying for seats in the approaching elections. Several constituencies under the control of the ghmc have seen this tendency. These candidates have employed these kids to canvass the districts, learn about the voters, and verify that the voters are indeed living at the addresses shown on the voter list.

The young people receive a respectable monthly pay in addition to benefits like food, lodging, and travel. Some of them receive monthly salaries of up to Rs 20,000. One of them, Chandra Shekar from Kukatpally, said he was awaiting admission to an MBA programme. He joined the candidate as soon as it was appropriate.

"We have a four-month contract. It might be postponed until after the elections. We are currently checking the voter information. We were informed that the nature of the task may alter in the future," he stated. Another young person, sravan KUMAR' target='_blank' title='sravan kumar-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW">sravan kumar from Moosapet, claimed that the compensation received from applicants is respectable and sufficient to meet most of their demands. We learn about the electoral process by interacting closely with candidates, authorities, and the general public, he added.
