Congress leader Pawan Khera said, "He (PM Modi) forgets that it (G20) is a rotational presidency. It is not
because he is the prime minister. Any PM would have been there now, india would have been the chairman of
the G20. If he think that the people of india are fools, then they are wrong.

Earlier, congress General Secretary jairam ramesh had claimed that the G-20 is being organized so that the
