Telangana Finance Minister Trolls Congress - Those Promises are Not Practical
Finance minister T harish rao slammed the Congress's recent sc and st declaration for making unrealistic promises, particularly those that had not yet been carried out in Congress-ruled States like Karnataka. He contrasted this with the performance of the BRS administration. He compared the unmet promises of the congress with the BRS party's dedication to fulfilling its platform.
He addressed the crowd following the induction of congress State General Secretary Abhilash reddy and other congress leaders from mahabubnagar district into the BRS on monday at telangana Bhavan. "The BRS has not only delivered all its poll promises, but also implemented numerous programmes like Kalyana Lakshmi, pension for beedi workers, Mission Bhagiratha, Rythu Bandhu, and Rythu Bima, which were never mentioned in the manifesto,"

He recalled that congress leaders had prevented Babu Jagjeevan ram from becoming the nation's prime minister by defeating Dr. BR Ambedkar in elections and without even awarding him the Bharat Ratna posthumously. harish rao professed confidence that the BRS will win the assembly elections and take back power for a third straight term.
