For required government service, the director of Medical education has ordered the deployment of 1,159 specialists in 26 government medical college hospitals throughout 25 districts. Candidates who have earned their PG degree will be required to work for a year at government hospitals. The physicians will be paid a salary of Rs.92,575 per month when they enlist.

According to this clause, the candidates would be offered the chance to work at the hospitals of their choosing. There will be 25 different specializations offered in the districts. Since it was decided to extend health services to districts, earlier assistant professors were hired and promoted in order to do so. These districts now have access to high-quality medical care.

At a meeting of the telangana government physicians Association (TGGDA) held at Osmania Medical college, the physicians expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of response to their requests. They requested that the telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad (TVVP), which is in charge of paying medical professionals, be amalgamated with the health department.Additionally, they called for the payment of arrears owed by the 2016 Pay Revision Commission as well as the release of allowances for teaching physicians at rural medical institutions.
