Delhiites will be able to take benefits of 15 schemes of MCD
The Municipal Corporation is going to give the benefit of 15 services to the residents of delhi sitting at home.
On the lines of the delhi government, the MCD has also proposed door step delivery of services. Under this,
MCD is initially preparing to give the benefit of its 15 services to the residents of delhi sitting at home.
Regarding this, MCD will issue a toll free number, by calling on which the residents of delhi will be able to take
advantage of this door step service delivery facility of MCD. After the implementation of this scheme by MCD,
the people of delhi will not have to visit the offices for various services of MCD.
To implement this scheme, MCD will contract with agencies, whose personnel will reach the homes of Delhiites
and solve their problems. However, this facility will not be free, for this people will have to pay a fixed fee.
Under this proposal, these 15 services, including birth-death certificate, health and trade license, application and
renewal of factory license, Tehbazari license, new animal husbandry license, booking of parks or community
buildings, e-mutation, conversion and parking fees, services like pet dog registration are included. Its benefit can
be taken sitting at home.
Door step service delivery will have to pay the fee
After the launch of this scheme, to avail the door step service delivery facility of MDC, you will have to apply
on the website of the corporation or on the toll free number. After this, the dedicated mobile assistant will come
to your home at the allotted time, who will collect the documents related to the services and pass on the benefits
of that facility to you. Since this facility will be paid, the MCD has also fixed a fee for the same. Under this, you
will have to pay Rs 50 for every visit of the mobile assistant. At the same time, to get the original copy of any
service, a fee of Rs 25 will have to be paid
