No double-engine vehicle, according to Finance minister T harish rao The needy in the nation received double-bedroom homes from the BJP-controlled administration. He asserted that the bharatiya janata party (BJP) had made promises amounting to crores of rupees but had provided little for the people over the course of the previous nine years, and that the reason the double-engine governments were in danger was because they did little for the people.
Speaking to recipients of 2BHK houses after handing out pattas to them on saturday at the Kolluru-1 2BHK Colony in Sangareddy, the minister claimed telangana was the only State in the nation developing dignified double-bedroom homes for the destitute. None of the indian States under bjp leadership, including Gujarat, Maharashtra, or any other State, were constructing such homes. Rao said that the telangana government had constructed the largest two-bedroom colony in Asia in Kolluru and that chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao had given impoverished people access to two-bedroom apartments in one of the State's most expensive neighbourhoods, with each apartment costing between Rs. 60 lakh and Rs. 70 lakh on the open market.
Rao said that the State government will establish a hospital in response to a request from MLAs, in addition to providing an Anganwadi Centre, ration stores, and other services. harish rao promised to propose that the TSRTC provide frequent buses from the 2BHK Colony to Secunderabad, Nampally, and other significant locations in hyderabad at the request of Goshamahal mla T raja Singh.
Harish Rao further emphasised that the State government treated all religions equally and that it will construct a temple, a mosque, and a church in the 2BHK colony along the same lines as the Secretariat. He added that the government was building a lakh 2BHK homes in and around hyderabad for a cost of Rs. 9,000 crore in a transparent manner without providing any room for corruption.
Up to 30,000 2BHK homes were constructed in the patancheru constituency, including Kolluru-1, Kolluru-2, Kardhanuru, Ameenpur, and other locations. 3,600 of them were distributed on Saturday. The homes were distributed to 500 recipients from each of the seven seats under the ghmc limits: patancheru, Serlingampally, Khairatabad, Nampally, Jubilee Hills, Goshamahal, and Karwan.
