Hyderabad Rains - Minister Srinivas Yadav urges officials to remain on high alert

Animal Husbandry minister Talasani srinivas Yadav has ordered the authorities to maintain maximum alert and make sure that no unrest arises as rain has been lashing the city since last night. He gave instructions to the district Collector, HMWSSB MD Dana Kishore, EVDM Director, and ghmc Commissioner Ronald Rose to take action to stop any occurrences in the city.

The minister instructed authorities to keep an eye on Balasbrmym's water levels in addition to Himayat Sagar and Osman Sagar. He gave them instructions to act immediately to remove fallen branches and trees in order to prevent water from stagnating. Officials were urged to behave appropriately in order to ensure that complaints from residents were immediately addressed. In addition, the minister urged the populace to stay indoors and to seek assistance from the ghmc control centre.
