Gulabpura in Bhilwara district of Rajasthan. mallikarjun Kharge addressed after laying the foundation stone and
inaugurating development works worth crores of rupees along with state chief minister Gehlot. rajasthan Police had
made elaborate security arrangements at the spot for the programme. Scooties were distributed to disabled people in
this huge farmers' conference. people from all over the state had gathered to participate in it.
The farmers' conference organized by congress in Bhilwara is being linked in political circles to the preparations for the
upcoming assembly and 2024 lok sabha elections. Through this meeting, congress has sounded the trumpet for the
upcoming elections. This rally of mallikarjun Kharge in rajasthan is being seen as a counterattack on Union Home
minister amit Shah's 'BJP Parivartan Yatra'. mallikarjun Kharge and ashok gehlot have tried to woo the voters of all the
seven assembly constituencies of Bhilwara through the Kisan Sammelan.
Efforts to win 7 seats of Bhilwara
In the 2018 assembly elections in rajasthan, Congress's performance on 7 seats of Bhilwara was disappointing. Congress
was able to win only 2 out of 7 seats, Mandal and Sahada. In the state, the main opposition bjp had won 4 seats, while an
independent candidate had won one seat. This is the reason why a gathering of senior party leaders was seen in this
program, in which apart from cm ashok gehlot, rajasthan government's Revenue minister Ramlal Jat, BD Kalla, Ashok
Chandna, Govind Singh Dotasara state in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa were present. Apart from this, many MLAs
and workers of the party from across the state also participated in it.
