Former minister MTB Nagaraj has given a response amid speculations that Mtb Nagaraj, who was defeated in the last assembly election, will contest as a bjp candidate from Chikkaballapur lok sabha constituency. Speaking to reporters, he said, neither I nor any of our family members is an aspirant for the lok sabha constituency. We do not compete for any reason. Let's see who else the bjp party will make a candidate for, he said. Answering the question whether you will support former minister Sudhakar if he contests, he said, let the party announce who is the candidate, then will I support it? Former minister Mtb Nagaraj reacted ironically saying that he would give a response as Ilvo. Those who do not work should not talk: mp BN Bachegowda worked on behalf of the congress party for the victory of his son during the election and now he has no morals to talk about the bjp party and me, ex-minister MTB Nagaraj lashed out.

Speaking to the reporters about mp Bachegowda's withdrawal from the election contest recently and MTB Nagaraj, who was the minister in charge in the previous government, had given a statement that he had not used himself for the party's work activities. When I was the minister in charge of Chikkaballapur district, as a courtesy, I used to print the name in the invitation letter and send a copy of the invitation to all the events. He said that he was not facing any program. He worked for the congress party for his son's victory in hoskote in the last assembly election and did not work for a single bjp candidate in two districts. Mainly, 5 crores of MP's grant has not been given to any taluk of the district. The activists there were waiting to question this. He did not come to meetings and functions to escape from the activists. Apart from that, it is not right to falsely accuse the bjp party or me for no reason.
