N chandrababu naidu, the former chief minister of andhra pradesh, received support from several techies in hyderabad after he was detained in connection with an alleged corruption case involving the Skill Development Corporation. At wipro Circle in Gachibowli, a significant IT cluster, the telugu desam party planned a demonstration, which was attended by IT experts from various organizations around the city. The protesters yelled shouts in support of Naidu while holding signs that said, "I am with CBN." They urged for the tdp leader's immediate release and the preservation of Andhra Pradesh's democracy.
Numerous IT professionals and supporters of former andhra pradesh chief minister and telugu desam party (TDP) national president N chandrababu naidu staged a large protest against his detention in the case involving the skill development project fraud at wipro Circle in Gachibowli. Around a thousand protesters brandishing signs and posters demanded his freedom at the wipro Circle. The organizations blamed Naidu for the rise of IT firms in the former andhra pradesh as well as the 'IT revolution' that occurred in the split A.P.
Although several IT workers have publicly supported Naidu since his detention on Saturday, this was the first occasion that a sizable group of individuals came together to do so. The protest was attended by a number of Andhra Pradesh-based software professionals employed by different companies in Hyderabad.
From 1995 through 2004, Babu served as the unbroken Andhra Pradesh's chief minister. He is recognized for putting hyderabad on the IT map of the globe by persuading microsoft and other international behemoths to establish operations there. The Naidu-led administration erected the first IT Park Cyber Tower in 1996–1997. Jobs for young people in the area were made possible by its latter phases and the creation of HITEC City.
Many IT experts think Hyderabad's development as a major global IT centre was facilitated by the policies the tech-savvy Naidu enacted and the improved infrastructure put in place during his leadership. The protest's organisers said that Naidu had fallen victim to the State government's political vengeance and that it was "our duty to express solidarity in this hour of crisis to save democracy".
