Highlighting the contribution of people's representatives in abrogating Article 370, the prime minister expressed pride that the Constitution given to us by our forefathers is now being implemented in Jammu and Kashmir.

The prime minister expressed confidence that india is sure to reap the benefits of the chosen path. “Quick benefits can be gained with a fast rate of progress”, he added. Referring to India's progress as one of the top five economies, the prime minister said that the world and india are hopeful that it will enter the top three economies.
