Telangana govt allots double-bedroom flat to late poet Alishetty Prabhakar’s family
The family of late poet Alishetty Prabhakar, well known as telangana Sri Sri, was given a two-bedroom residence in hyderabad by the state government. Orders granting Bhagyamma, Prabhakar's wife, an apartment in Jiyaguda in Asif Nagar, hyderabad, were issued on Friday.
Prabhakar was a well-known poet who spoke out for the voices of the oppressed and was from the Jagitial area, which was a part of the former karimnagar district.
