A letter was written in blood by 17 activists of karnataka Rakshasa Vedi and an innovative movement was started by Karave activists of Huliyar in Chikkanayakanahalli taluk. The activists of the district Defense Forum have written a letter to the prime minister in blood, demanding that the prime minister intervene and resolve the issue related to Cauvery river water dispute. He demanded that the central government should take the lead in rectifying this injustice in the distribution of Cauvery river water in Tumkur district.
