PM Modi reached Jabalpur on the 500th birth anniversary of Rani Durgavati

prime minister Narendra Modi has reached jabalpur today on 5th october on the 500th birth anniversary of

queen Durgavati of Gondwana Empire. During this, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of many

development projects in Jabalpur. In his address, PM Modi told many stories of the bravery of rani Durgavati

to the people of Jabalpur.

prime minister Narendra Modi said that if any country in the world had a brave woman like rani Durgavati,

that country would have been jumping all over the world. After independence, the same should have happened

in our country also, but our great men were forgotten. He further said, What was the situation before Modi

came in 2014, how much corruption used to come to light during the time of Congress. Ate the money of the

poor. We removed about 11 crore fake names from the voter list, these were names which were never born.

More than Rs 2.5 lakh crore money went into wrong hands. Due to our coming, they get the money of the poor.

Apart from this, on the occasion of the 500th birth anniversary of rani Durgavati, the prime minister laid the

foundation stone of her grand memorial to be built in jabalpur, also released a postage stamp and a silver coin


in her memory. The PM said that there is enthusiasm in jabalpur, there is prosperity in Mahakaushal, there is

excitement and enthusiasm. This zeal, this enthusiasm shows what is in the mind of Mahakaushal. Amidst this

enthusiasm, today the whole country is celebrating the 500th birth anniversary of the brave queen Durgavati.

The PM further said that the life of rani Durgavati teaches us the lesson of welfare of all. Today I congratulate

the entire tribal society, madhya pradesh and 140 crore countrymen.
