The people of the area have expressed their appreciation for a government school near pollachi that motivates the students by making the student who scored the first marks in the quarterly examination as the head teacher for a day. A government high school is functioning in Makinambatti panchayat next to Pollachi. 276 students from 6th to 10th standard are studying in this school. In this case, the principal of the school, Harikrishnan, had informed the students of the school that the student with the first score in the quarterly examination would be given the responsibility of being the headmaster of the day school and the student with the second score would be given the responsibility of the assistant headmaster.

In this case, both Darshan who got the first mark and Kavinraj who got the second mark in the completed quarterly examination were praised by the headmaster, fellow teachers and students and Darshan who got the first mark was made to sit in the headmaster's seat with a shawl. Headmaster Harikrishnan encouraged both the students by giving them responsibilities for just one day today, keeping Kavinraj, who got the second mark, in the assistant headmaster's seat. One day, Darshan, the headmaster, said that our school headmaster, hari Krishnan, told us how to create academic interest and motivation among the school students, which increased our interest. As a result, I studied well and got first marks in school. So I am very happy that today I got the responsibility of head teacher. The student said that if the same happens in other government schools, there will be interest and motivation among students like us to learn more.

Also, the school headmaster said that we are teaching education by giving encouragement to the school students to succeed at the state level this year rather than last year's 100% pass in the public examination. He said that the students are also learning education with interest.
