Minister of IT and industries KT Rama Rao emphasised the need of utilising India's abundant people resources to help the country take the lead in the world. He also underlined that talent is not limited to any one person and that everyone has intrinsic ability. In addition, he said that India's people resources are a powerful advantage, comparable to those of singapore and Japan, which have attained international significance despite having little natural resources. He also stated emphatically that the state government was dedicated to establishing IT and ITES businesses in Tier-II cities like warangal in the State in order to increase job opportunities for young people.
Rao, however, stressed the significance of not falling prey to divisive forces operating under the guise of religion, caste, and region and emphasised that securing employment for the promising future of the younger generation should be a top priority when speaking at the launch of the Global Development Centre of Quadrant Technologies at the Madikonda non-IT SEZ.
Additionally, he exhorted Warangal-based NRIs to actively contribute to the development of other businesses in the area. He instructed hanamkonda District collector Sikta Patnaik to find suitable land for additional IT companies to locate in warangal, noting that a number of IT-based companies have expressed interest in opening branches there, making warangal the second IT hub in the state, after Hyderabad.
The Quadrant Resource leadership team, which includes CEO Vamshi Reddy, President bhaskar Gangipamula, Chairman ram Paluri, and others, received praise from the minister for their dedication to establishing the firm in Warangal. At the event were the ministers errabelli dayakar rao and Satyavathi Rathod, the MLC Banda Prakash, the MLAs D Vinay bhaskar, Aroori Ramesh, and N Narnder, as well as the chairman of the TS Vikalangula Cooperative Society, Dr. K Vasudeva Reddy.
After Cyient and Tech Mahindra, Quadrant Resource is the most recent large company to establish operations in Warangal. The State government spent Rs 35 crore and provided 50,000 square feet of premises for the company's creation. 100 to 150 local youngsters have already been employed by Quadrant Resource, indicating a favourable trend in the creation of jobs in the area.
