Visitors to the zoo, also known as the 60-year-old Nehru Zoological Park, are lamenting their nightmare-like experiences. While the staff's unprofessional conduct is embarrassing, most guests lamented the absence of the amenities stated on the billboard. india Herald recorded a video of a number of guests complaining.

Visiting with his wife and children, government worker Rajesh Kumar from chhattisgarh complained, "I was not permitted closer the bison and birds cages. The security guards aggressively responded that the zoo was closed when I questioned why. We were ordered to leave the zoo grounds when I remarked that it was just 4.10 pm. Even inadequate information is provided by the workers. Disappointed, we are leaving the city.

Many others claimed that despite receiving tickets for the safari, they were afterwards informed that it had already ended. Mahesh, a visitor from maharashtra who came with five family members, revealed this. Another Mumbai-based family that was staying with us also had unpleasant experiences. "Our family paid for the buggy (auto cart), but this was denied to us," Nawaz Shaik remarked. We walked about after waiting for a while without hearing anything. amar Singh, a zoo employee, declared, "The day's hours are done at 4:30. We must drive you folks away.
