Regarding the post of CM, Ashok Gehlot said- I want to leave this post

Krishanthini
Rajasthan cm ashok gehlot spoke on various important issues in the press conference held on Thursday.

During this, he targeted the central government regarding the ED raid. During this, he also gave a statement

regarding leaving his cm post. On the question of becoming cm again, ashok gehlot first said in a humorous

tone, The cm candidate in congress does not become the CM. Enumerating the health scheme of his

government, he said that I want to leave this post but this post is not leaving me and will not leave me. There

must be something that the gandhi family trusts me.

No anti-incumbency in Rajasthan

On the question of a large number of tickets being canceled, ashok gehlot said, there is no anti-incumbency in

Rajasthan. There is no allegation against CM. There is some resentment with the MLAs, there are allegations of

corruption. But tickets are booked only when there is an option. cm Gehlot said that even after the

implementation of the code of conduct, raids are being conducted against opposition parties. When Rahul

Gandhi was interrogated by ED, I had asked for an appointment with the ED, Income Tax and cbi directors.

These institutions have reputation. If trust in them decreases, the country will suffer.

He said that there should be a decision in the supreme court soon in the matter regarding ED, where elections

come, ED reaches there first. The credibility of the investigating agencies is eroding. If proper action is taken

then it is welcome but action is taken on signals. The ED guy says, We are coming in half an hour, you see.

CM Gehlot said that the officers of the investigating agencies should be responsible towards the country. During

the UPA government, ED conducted 112 raids in 10 years and 3,100 raids were conducted in the nine years of

NDA. During UPA, 93% chargesheets were filed whereas during NDA, only 29% chargesheets were filed.
