Why Gaganyaan Project Test Delayed?
The indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is working on the Gaganyaan project as an attempt to send humans into space. 400 km from Earth. The Kaganyan spacecraft is about to be launched into a distant orbit. The Kaganyan project is designed to send 3 soldiers into space and return them safely to earth. isro is carrying out major tests of this project, which is expected to be implemented in 2025. Accordingly, an unmanned prototype spacecraft will be launched from the satish dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota for testing.
This test of importance is called the Abort Mission. The prototype spacecraft will be launched by the TV-D1 rocket developed for this test. It will contain the crew module and crew escape system payloads. In this experiment, the crew module for sitting the astronauts on the model spacecraft will go to an altitude of 17 km and return to Earth. In case of any problem, this test is done to safely rescue the soldiers on the spacecraft.
