'Made Hema Malini dance...': Madhya Pradesh minister's comment sparks row

Narottam Mishra, the home minister of madhya pradesh and a member of the bharatiya janata party, caused a stir when he used the name of bjp mp hema malini at a public function in Datia. He was also accused of demeaning women. Mishra addressed hema malini in front of the crowd while speaking in Hindi, claiming to have brought about "development at such a level in Datia that not only cultural programmes were organised, but even hema malini was made to dance."

Social media users are now sharing Mishra's comments a lot. The official X (formerly Twitter) account of the Janata Dal (United) took significant notice of Mishra's comments and said, "Observe the truth about bjp members who are shameless in their criticism of the character and looks. Narottam Mishra, the home minister of madhya pradesh, has made disparaging remarks against hema malini, the member of his own party.

For the fourth time, Narottam Mishra is running for Madhya Pradesh's 2019 assembly elections from Datia. In the 2008, 2013 and 2018 assembly elections, Mishra emerged victorious from Datia. Rajendra Bharti, a prominent congress politician, has been nominated by the congress for the position.
