No Public Response to YSRCP Bus Trip
In all three of the state's regions, the YSRCP-organized "Social Empowerment Yatra" has data-faced substantial obstacles and received minimal support from the general population. This has made it harder for the ruling party to get support from the populace. The yatras began on thursday in the districts of Shinganamala in Rayalaseema, tenali in guntur district on the South Coast, and Ichapuram in srikakulam district in North Andhra. Regretfully, party leaders don't seem to be working together.
It has been difficult for these yatras to attract a sizable following. Originally, meetings were conducted on pavements in the hope that people would congregate around intersections and shopping malls, but the public's response has been unsatisfactory. During their four and a half years in office, ministers and MLAs had difficulties in properly conveying to the underprivileged and marginalised groups the support that Jagan's administration had offered.
Strong public demonstrations resulted from their primary concentration on presenting their own messages, rather than listening to the people's problems. Bhuvaneswari, Chandrababu's wife, who actively participates in the "Nijam Gelawali" programme, was also criticised by the leaders. As has become normal, Chandrababu and pawan kalyan were also targeted. Due to other priorities or the lack of public response, a few top executives paid little attention to the meetings.
Not on the platform was minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, who was present during the bus tour in Shinganamala, Anantapur district. Absent from dharmavaram and Tadipatri were MLAs Kethireddy Venkataramireddy and Kethireddy Peddareddy. MLAs from Puttaparthi, Guntakallu, and Kadiri, sridhar Reddy, Y. Venkatrami Reddy, and PV Sidda Reddy, unexpectedly departed the meeting while it was still going on, shocking the YSRCP leaders. The leaders of the ruling party worked hard to bring everyone together.
