Eknath Shinde has called an all-party meeting on maratha reservation. An all-party meeting is going on and

leaders of various parties are presenting their views. In the meeting, everyone expressed concern over the

attacks on the houses of MLAs, damage to private and government properties and the peace movement taking

a violent form due to the maratha reservation movement.

The government made this appeal

All parties should understand the law related to reservation. The government will do only that which is in

accordance with the law. Nobody wants to do politics. All of you are cooperating in this. Deputy Chief

minister devendra fadnavis appealed that some of our leaders should understand the government's side

instead of opposing it. deputy chief minister devendra fadnavis assured that the government is committed to

maintaining law and order in the state. Proof of previous maratha reservation was given. Sources said that the

discussion was only about the mistakes made by the supreme Court.

Opponents should remain positive. chief minister Shinde appealed that the role of the opposition party is

important and we are also expected to help the government. We are in favor of reservation. Curative petition

has been filed in the supreme Court. chief minister Shinde said that his hearing will start soon.

Jarange has also been on hunger strike for many days demanding reservation. Jarange says that if the

government does not accept his demand, he will stop drinking water.
