They are not Jai-Viru but Shyam-Chhenu, CM Shivraj’s taunts..?

After Jai-Veeru and Gabbar-Samba of Sholay, shyam and Chhenu of Mere Apne have also entered the

election politics of Madhya Pradesh. While talking to journalists in Satna, chief minister Shivraj Singh

Chouhan said that now this pair (Kamal Nath-Digvijay) is not the pair of Jai-Veeru. Rather, they have become a

pair of shyam and Chhenu of the film Mere Apne, who used to fight for control of their respective localities.

In fact, the first debate that started in the electoral politics of madhya pradesh was that who is the real Jai-

Veeru of the film Sholay? On this, there was a fierce war of words between bjp and Congress. On Thursday

(November 2), congress leader kamal nath also jumped into the film debate along with Union Minister

Narendra Singh Tomar, jyotiraditya scindia and former Union minister Ravi shankar Prasad. Let us tell here

that the debate started with the statement of congress General Secretary Ranjit Singh Surjewala, in which he

had described kamal nath and Digvijay Singh as the pair of Jai-Veeru.

Shyam and Chhenu are a pair.

Now chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has taken this debate two steps further and called kamal nath and

Digvijay Singh as shyam and Chhenu of the film Mere Apne. While talking to journalists in Satna, cm Shivraj

Singh Chouhan, without naming kamal nath and Digvijay Singh, said, congress leaders are calling it Jai-

Viru pair. Now this pair is not Jai-Viru pair. There was a film Mere Apne in which the pair of shyam and

Chhenu used to fight for the possession of their respective localities.
