JP Nadda’s election campaign, - Corruption are prevalent in Congress ruled
bharatiya janata party (BJP) President jp nadda on tuesday alleged that corruption, loot and atrocities are
prevalent in congress ruled states. Addressing an election rally in Barwah town of Khargone district in poll-
bound madhya pradesh, he said that bjp works for the development of women, farmers and the poor and
ensures peace in the society. Nadda said that corruption, loot, betrayal and atrocities are rampant in Congress
ruled states.
He said that it was the bjp government which took madhya pradesh out of BIMARU category. He appealed to
the people to give another term to bjp in Madhya Pradesh. Nadda said, Submarine scam, AgustaWestland
scam, coal scam, Commonwealth scam and MGNREGA scam happened when congress (UPA government)
was in power at the Centre. There was corruption underwater (submarines), in the sky (Augusta Westland),
underground (coal) and on land. He also alleged that corruption was rife in the previous government led by
Kamal Nath (who was in power in madhya pradesh for 15 months, from december 2018 to march 2020).
Scams in scholarship and other sectors also rocked the state, he said. Nadda said that since bjp came to power
in 2003, madhya pradesh has made 'tremendous progress in all areas.
He claimed that the per capita income in the state has increased ten times, the annual budget has increased 13
times and the health budget has increased 26 times. He also claimed that since bjp came to power in Madhya
Pradesh, the allocation (funds) for tribals has increased 57 times. Nadda said that due to the dynamic leadership
of prime minister Narendra Modi, the indian economy is now ranked fifth in the world and it will soon achieve
the third position in 2024.
