ED’s big action, Tejashwi’s associate Amit Katyal arrested
The ED team has taken major action. ED has arrested AK Infosystem promoter amit Katyal in the Land For Job
Scam case. amit Katyal is an associate of Tejashwi Yadav. Katyal and AK Infosystem company are under the
scanner and investigation of ED and cbi in the land scam. cbi has filed a charge sheet against former Railway
minister Lalu prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi and bihar deputy cm Tejashwi Yadav in the alleged scam.
AK Infosystem is a company
In the land-for-jobs case, ED had alleged that the total income of crime in this case is Rs 600 crore. Let us tell you
that AK Infosystem is a company, whose office runs from Tejashwi Yadav’s NFC house. In July, the cbi had
chargesheeted entity AK Infosystem Company as an accused in the land-for-jobs case.
Land for job scam took place when Lalu was Railway Minister.
Let us tell you that summons were issued to 17 accused including Lalu, Rabri and Tejashwi and asked to appear
on october 4. Misa Bharti is already out on bail in a case related to this matter. Lalu, Rabri and Misa were made
accused in the first charge sheet in the Land for job scam case. After this, cbi has filed a new charge sheet and
made deputy cm Tejashwi Yadav also an accused. For the first time, cbi has made Tejashwi an accused. Land
for job scam took place when Lalu was Railway minister (2004 to 2009). Lalu and his family members are
accused of taking land in exchange for jobs in Railways.
