The Meteorological Department has issued a warning to andhra pradesh fishermen not to venture into the sea on thursday and Friday. The IMD has warned that the sea will be rough on the southern andhra pradesh coast and northern andhra pradesh on Fridays. The Meteorological Department said that the low pressure formed in the South east Bay of bengal turned into a low pressure in the West Central Bay of bengal on wednesday and rains are likely to occur in Coastal Andhra and rayalaseema for two more days. Earlier, the india Meteorological Department said that the low pressure which was centered 420 km southeast of Visakhapatnam and 550 km southeast of Paradip in odisha on wednesday night will move northwards and become a severe depression by thursday morning.

As a result of this, light to moderate rains with thunder and lightning are likely to occur in Coastal Andhra and rayalaseema for two days, the IMD said. At the same time, there is a possibility of thunder, lightning rain, and heavy winds. Fishermen were warned not to go fishing as the sea was rough due to strong winds.
