works for the protection of a few select capitalists and by providing them economic benefits, government help
and loans, the money of the people of the country is being looted. . He said that the sword of ceiling is still
hanging over the neck of small, middle and middle class traders.
The ceiling sword is still hanging
Arvinder Singh Lovely said that in 2009, during the tenure of the then prime minister Dr. manmohan Singh, the
UPA government had brought Moratorium Policy, under which unauthorized commercial properties of different
categories and unauthorized colonies in delhi, including the extended population of villages, stores,
warehouses, farms, etc. The sealing proceedings against the products including warehouses etc. were put on
hold for one year. But the present central government has not made any policy on this till date, rather every
time it is extended further by giving some time extension, due to which the sword of ceiling hangs on the people
of these categories from time to time.
