Delhi Lieutenant governor Vinay Saxena and chief minister arvind kejriwal on thursday flagged off 500

electric low-floor DTC buses. After this, the number of electric buses in delhi has now increased to 1300. BJP

leader Majinder Singh Sirsa has targeted cm kejriwal for giving green signal to electric buses in Delhi. He has

attacked by posting on social media site X.

Sirsa wrote, Thank you, PM narendra Modi. Neither cm kejriwal had told earlier nor will he tell now that

keeping in mind the convenience of the people of delhi, the central government has given all these electric buses

under the FAME-2 scheme. cm kejriwal has delhi government is spending all its money on its publicity - the

central government is doing the work for the people.

Delhi becomes the city with highest number of electric buses

Let us tell you that on thursday, 500 electric low-floor DTC buses were flagged off in delhi by Chief Minister

Arvind kejriwal and Lieutenant governor Vinay Saxena as well as Transport minister Kailash Gehlot. On this

occasion, it was said on behalf of cm kejriwal that delhi has become the city with the highest number of electric

low-floor buses in the country. The facility of 500 buses has been started here from today, taking the number of

buses to 1300. Our efforts will continue in future also to keep Delhi's transport system strong.
