BJP leader Raman Singh filed nomination for the post of Assembly Speaker

The first assembly session after the elections in chhattisgarh will start from december 19. Winter session will be

of 3 days. Earlier on Sunday, the governor administered oath to the post of Protem Speaker to mla Ramvichar

Netam at raj Bhavan. After this, former chief minister Dr. raman singh reached the assembly and filed

nomination for the post of Speaker. Along with Raman, cm Vishnu Deo Sai and former chief minister Bhupesh

Baghel were also present.

In fact, after the formation of the new government in chhattisgarh, work is going on at a fast pace regarding the

proceedings of the Assembly. The responsibility of almost the leaders of the opposition and the party has been

fixed. Former assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant has been made the leader of the Opposition. Whereas

from the ruling party, assembly Speaker raman singh, who was the chief minister for 15 years, has filed his

nomination. During this, all the prominent leaders of both the parties were present. raman singh has filed

nomination with assembly Secretary Dinesh Sharma. He has also received full support from the opposition.

Therefore raman singh will become the assembly Speaker.

Raman Singh got the responsibility of guardian of 90 MLAs

During this, former chief minister Dr. raman singh, while talking to the media, thanked the leaders of the ruling

party and the opposition and said that in this new responsibility, as the guardian of 90 MLAs, he will try his best

to run the assembly in a better manner and for the welfare of the state. In our interest, every issue should be

placed seriously on the table of the assembly so that chhattisgarh can move forward on the path of progress in

the next 5 years.
