Mohan Yadav government can give place to 3 more ministers?
After the expansion of Dr. Mohan Yadav government in madhya pradesh, the place of three ministers is still vacant in the cabinet. According to the number of MLAs in madhya pradesh, 34 ministers can be made. Currently, 31 ministers including all in the Mohan Yadav cabinet have taken oath. However, there does not seem to be any scope for expansion in the AAP cabinet before the lok sabha elections.
In madhya pradesh, the bharatiya janata party has experimented with running the government on a new formula. Apart from the chief minister, this time two Deputy Chief Ministers have also been made. Apart from these, 28 ministers have taken oath. In this way, there are 31 ministers in the cabinet including the chief minister and Deputy Chief Minister. According to the 91st amendment of the Constitution, any cabinet can include 15 percent of the number of MLAs in the Assembly.
34 ministers including the chief minister may be included
Thus, if 15 percent of the 230 assembly seats in madhya pradesh are calculated, the result will be 34. On the formula of constitutional amendment, 34 ministers including the chief minister can be included in Dr. Mohan Yadav's government. At present only 31 ministers are included in the cabinet. Thus, the chairs of three ministers are vacant in the cabinet.
