Earlier, chief minister Bhajanlal Sharma held a meeting regarding the preparations for the proposed 58th director General-Inspector General of police conference in Jaipur. SPG officials have already inspected the security in jaipur and have started working on the security arrangements made by the police Headquarters and jaipur Commissionerate Police. Bullet proof vehicles have been arranged. The home minister will stay in a guest house near Sodala for three days.
DGs and IGs of 28 states and IGs of 8 union territories will participate in this conference. Arrangements have been made to accommodate more than 150 government officials in the mla quarter near the Assembly.
