Is Tejashwi Yadav's popularity increasing in Bihar?

According to sources it is certain that if the next assembly elections in bihar are held on schedule in October-November 2025, then the main contest will be between bjp and RJD. This can be said considering the way the trust among the people of the state is continuously decreasing in Nitish and JDU. Nitish may get some immediate benefit in the lok sabha elections by joining bjp, but his party will only suffer loss in future.

Meanwhile Tejashwi Yadav's popularity is increasing in bihar and the vote bank is slowly slipping from Nitish's hands. Perhaps this is the reason why Tejashwi Yadav was not agreeing to give 17 seats to JDU in the lok sabha elections. Tejashwi is apprehensive that if more seats are given to JDU, then the chances of loss to bjp will be less. At present, the RJD candidate has more chances of winning in bihar than the JDU candidate. Due to the weakness of JDU and anger among the people regarding Nitish, the winning possibility is more in favor of the RJD candidate. That's why Tejashwi wanted Nitish to agree to a lesser seat.

Along with this, Nitish also started realizing that very soon RJD is going to intensify the pressure to make Tejashwi Yadav the Chief Minister. Perhaps if RJD had won the maximum number of seats in bihar in the upcoming lok sabha elections, the pressure on Nitish to leave the post of chief minister for Tejashwi Yadav would have increased. Had RJD and JDU remained together, there was a possibility that Tejashwi's party would have been successful in winning the maximum number of seats in bihar in the upcoming lok sabha elections. Then the pressure on nitish kumar could have created more problems for him. For these reasons, nitish kumar feels that his power can be maintained only by joining bjp again.
