After leaving the india alliance, Apna Dal Kamerawadi has now started working with BSP on the future strategy. In this regard, a meeting has been held between BSP Chief mayawati and Apna Dal leader Pallavi Patel. If sources are to be believed, the announcement of alliance and contesting elections is likely to be made after Holi.
If sources are to be believed, this time BSP and Apna Dal can field candidates in the Kamerawadi alliance from Phulpur. Apart from Phulpur, there is a possibility of an alliance candidate in Prayagraj also. Apna Dal Kameravadi will be the candidate for both these seats. According to sources, this alliance is likely to be announced after Holi. mayawati and Pallavi patel have met regarding this alliance. Talks regarding alliance are going on between both the parties. If this alliance happens, then due to the association of Kurmi i.e. patel voters with BSP, there can be an interesting electoral battle on both these seats. Phulpur is the same seat where Pallavi Patel's father Sonelal patel had united Kurmi voters.

It is noteworthy that BSP had last won the Phulpur seat in 2009. But it has data-faced defeat in the last two elections. bjp has won this seat in both elections. Now if there is an alliance between BSP and Apna Dal Kamerawadi, then Pallavi patel will contest elections from here. However, till now no formal announcement has been made by BSP in this regard. But if experts are to be believed, both parties are preparing to contest the elections here with a strategy to attract scheduled caste and Kurmi voters. Now after Holi, if the matter becomes final then it will be announced.
