Defection continues in rajasthan before the lok sabha elections. Now there has been a big split in congress from the camp of former rajasthan minister Shanti Dhariwal. Kota Municipal Corporation South Mayor rajeev Aggarwal joined the BJP. Rajiv Aggarwal joined bjp at 5 pm on sunday in the presence of many leaders including Harikrishna Birla, leader of Opposition vivek Rajvanshi. Many bjp councilors were present during this period. There was talk of Agarwal joining bjp for the last several days.

Earlier, there was rebellion in the bjp also when mp rahul Kaswan joined Congress. He is an outgoing mp from the BJP. He was angry at not being given a ticket by the bjp and demonstrated his strength by holding a rally. Whereas many congress leaders had joined the bjp in march itself. 18 congress leaders, including former Alwar mp Karan Singh Yadav, had joined bjp on march 16.

Elections will be held in rajasthan in two phases

There are 25 lok sabha seats in Rajasthan. elections are to be held here in two phases. Voting will be held here on 19th april and 26th April. Since the last two elections, the bjp has been dominating all the seats. Although many parties and independents are trying their luck from here, the main contest in rajasthan is between congress and BJP. elections for 12 seats will be held on april 19, while elections for 13 seats will be held on april 26.

There will be a clash of giants in the first phase

In the first phase, many stalwarts of bjp and congress will data-face each other. Govind ram Meghwal will data-face Union minister Arjun ram Meghwal in Bikaner. In Churu, there will be a contest between rahul Kaswan of congress and Devendra Jhajharia of BJP. From Alwar, Union minister Bhupendra Yadav is going to data-face congress MLA Lalit Yadav.
