Will the people of Nandigama once again stand on YCP's side..?
Jaganmohan Rao contested the 2014 assembly elections as a YSRCP candidate from Nandigama constituency and was defeated by his nearest rival telugu desam party candidate Tangirala Prabhakara Rao by a margin of 5212 votes. Dr. Mondithoka Jaganmohana Rao contested as a YSRCP candidate in the 2019 general elections and was elected as an mla for the first time by winning with a majority of 10881 votes over his nearest rival telugu desam party candidate Tangirala Soumya.
He marched from Nandigama in krishna district to srisailam in february 2020 in support of andhra pradesh State's decision of decentralization & three capitals. In the last election, Jaganmohan Rao and Tangirala Soumya data-faced each other and Jaganmohan Rao's side people stood in it. Otherwise, he recovered after the defeat in 2014 and got a good craze among the people even after the 2019 elections. After that, it seems that it is continuing. It seems that Jaganmohan Rao's side of the crowd is more likely than Soumya's.
