Occupation of many properties- Where does Waqf Board get?

Where does the Waqf Board get these properties from? This also needs to be known. The Waqf Board has claimed many places including Parliament, Rashtrapati Bhavan, patna High Court, allahabad High Court, 70 percent of Delhi, red Fort, Taj Mahal, Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The Waqf has claimed such lands whose history if traced is 1600 years old, whereas islam has been in existence for only 1400 years. This incident happened in a village in tamil Nadu, where they claimed possession of the entire village including a 16 century old temple.

If a claim is made on any land by the Waqf, then it is not necessary to inform the concerned person about it. Even if they have to raise an objection, then they will have to go to the Waqf Tribunal and claim it. The Waqf Tribunals that have been formed till date have been Muslim, because this was the situation under the laws made by the congress till now. Today, an attempt has been made to break it, so such a ruckus is happening.

Irresponsible statement in Lok Sabha

An irresponsible statement was made in the proceedings of the lok sabha on Thursday. Samajwadi party has strongly opposed it and has said that why is the government trying to enter islam and other religions. Along with this, SP threatened that people will come out on the streets, just like it is happening in Bangladesh. This SP is the same party which gave the responsibility of organizing the biggest religious fair of Hindus, i.e. Kumbh, to Azam Khan when akhilesh yadav was the CM. In such a situation, when a Muslim can enter the religion of a Hindu, then why can't a Hindu enter in the matter of Waqf Board? In the new bill being brought by the Modi government, Hindus will also get freedom to enter it. Owaisi has said in the house that the bill brought by the government is a violation of Article 14. Article 14 means Right to Equality.
