The chief minister has expressed hope that the culprits will not be spared at any cost.

Chief Minister's appeal to the striking doctors

He appealed to the striking doctors to continue treating the patients. Expressing sympathy with the striking doctors, the chief minister said, "I would like to appeal to all the fellow doctors of the state that your government stands with you in your pain, but treatment of the patients of the state is also very important. Therefore, you should return to work and give your meaningful cooperation in making the patients healthy." chief minister hemant Soren said that orders have been given to ensure the safety of doctors in Jharkhand.


Doctors protest against kolkata incident

He said that the director General of police has been instructed to take strict measures for the safety of all the employees working in the hospitals. It is worth noting that an incident of rape with a junior doctor took place in the intervening night of 8-9 august at RG Kar Medical College. The junior doctor was on night duty in the hospital on august 8. In the morning, the body of the female doctor was found in a semi-nude condition from the seminar hall on the fourth floor. There was an uproar after the rape was confirmed in the post-mortem report.
