The membership campaign of the bharatiya janata party, which claims to be the largest political party in the world, is going to start. On september 1, the BJP's membership campaign will gain momentum across the country. The bharatiya janata party has set a target of making 16 lakh members in Himachal Pradesh. Before the appointment of a new president in the bharatiya janata party, a similar membership campaign is run across the country. At present, the National President of the bharatiya janata party is Jagat Prakash Nadda. Nadda was given an extension as president in view of the lok sabha elections- 2024.


Search for a new data-face in place of Nadda

The bjp is now looking for a new data-face as president in place of Nadda. The bjp will appoint a president who is acceptable not only to the party but also to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). The bharatiya janata party would no longer want to suffer any loss in future due to lack of coordination with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. In the 2024 lok sabha elections, the bharatiya janata party did not get the pleasant results as per its expectations. In such a situation, the top leadership of the bharatiya janata party does not want to bear the loss in the upcoming elections.


200 members at every polling booth

Former chief minister of himachal pradesh Jai ram Thakur said that the bharatiya janata party will make 200 members at every polling booth. There are about eight thousand polling booths in Himachal Pradesh. bharatiya janata party workers will run a membership campaign at every polling booth. Training of workers is also being done for this. On Sunday, the main officials and other workers of district Shimla bjp Mandal reached the workshop and took training for the membership campaign. It is worth noting that this time the bharatiya janata party has set a target of adding 10 crore members across the country.
