In Madhya Pradesh, congress is taking out Kisan Nyay yatra for the demands of farmers. In this episode, congress protested in Budhni assembly constituency, the stronghold of Union minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, on Thursday. Thousands of farmers took out a tractor rally under the leadership of congress State President Jeetu Patwari.
State President Patwari raised the voice of lakhs of farmers of the state who are falling prey to the anti-farmer policies of the government in the Kisan Nyay yatra organized in Bherunda and demanded the fulfillment of the government's announcement of giving the support price of soybean to farmers at Rs 6000, paddy and wheat at Rs 3100 and Rs 2700.
Jeetu Patwari alleged that the government has cheated the farmers. Farmers are struggling with fertilizer, seed and electricity crisis, due to not getting proper price for their crops, the condition of farmers across the state remains dire.
Protest will continue in Madhya Pradesh
Jitu Patwari said that till the farmers get justice, this Kisan Nyay yatra for the rights of the farmers will continue throughout the state. He alleged, "This government is an anti-farmer government, which is committing injustice and atrocities against the farmers. Shivraj Singh Chauhan became an mla from here. He was the chief minister for 20 years and is now the Agriculture minister in the country, when he was the chief minister, he used to claim to be a farmer's son. He said thousands of times in twenty years that he will double the income of the farmer. He used to say that he is a farmer's son. I walk on foot". Jitu Patwari said - "He said big things for the farmers, 20 years are not less for a chief minister, but he did nothing for the farmers and despite being a minister at the Center, he is not paying any attention to the farmers".
Targeted cm Mohan Yadav
Jitu Patwari said, "The chief minister of the state Mohan Yadav went two steps ahead of him. Mafias became active in the rule of chief minister Mohan Yadav, rapes increased". He said that buy the farmer's soybean at the support price of Rs 6000, wheat at Rs 2700, maize at Rs 2500 and paddy at Rs 3100, give Rs 3000 to the beloved sisters, otherwise this movement for the rights and entitlements of the farmers will continue, congress will always stand in the field in honor of the farmers.
