FIR order against Nirmala Sitharaman, know the case?

An FIR has been ordered against Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Know about the case in which the People's Representative court of Bengaluru has given this strict order against the Union Finance minister of the country. The allegations made by the Janadhikar Sangharsh Parishad (JSP) against the Finance minister in the court state that the Finance minister of the country has forcibly collected money through electoral bonds. Although the hearing of this case has been postponed till october 10, but this matter can become an issue against the Union minister of the country before the assembly elections of some states.

What is in the complaint - know the whole matter

JSP co-president adarsh Iyer said in the petition that the Finance minister has extorted money by intimidation through electoral bonds. Now after a petition related to this matter, the People's Representative court of Bengaluru has taken action against the Finance Minister. In the year 2023, the electoral bond scheme was challenged in the supreme court and the supreme court gave its decision after hearing the four petitioners and knowing their side. The supreme court not only considered the electoral bond scheme unconstitutional, but also completely banned it. Electoral bonds were introduced in the year 2018 and the supreme court order came against it in 2024.

Where will the FIR be filed against the Finance Minister

Hearing the petition of adarsh Iyer, the People's Representative court of Bengaluru has ordered the Tilak nagar police station of Bengaluru to register an FIR against the Finance Minister. In the case of extortion through electoral bonds, JSP co-president adarsh Iyer had approached the 42nd ACMM court in april 2023 last year.

Complaint was made against other leaders along with the Finance Minister

The petitioner had complained against bjp National President JP Nadda, BJP's then karnataka President Nalin Kumar Kateel, BY Vijayendra. Along with this, he had also made allegations against ED officials.
