The forest department has also caught four leopards so far, but the man-eater is still constantly dodging the forest department. Orders issued to shoot on sight

If the forest department could not handle the situation, then now its responsibility has been handed over to the shoulders of the army soldiers. A shooter has been called from hyderabad to kill the man-eating leopard in Gogunda, Udaipur. Along with this, 12 other shooters from rajasthan are also engaged in the search for the leopard. The forest department has given instructions to shoot the leopard on sight.

On october 1, the leopard killed a woman working outside the house in Kelvon Ka Kheda village of Gogunda. After these attacks, orders were issued by pawan kumar Upadhyay, Principal Chief Conservator of rajasthan Wildlife Division, to shoot the leopard on sight. For this, about 12 shooters were already deployed in the entire area.

More than 10 teams were engaged in the search

Earlier, on october 1, a search was conducted in the forests around Gogunda throughout the day to shoot the leopard, but it was not seen. The DFO appealed to the villagers for cooperation and said that they should stay in their homes till the search operation is completed. Do not go out alone. Children and women should go out in groups only. Do not go alone to work in the fields and graze cattle in the forests alone. On september 30, a leopard had killed a priest in Rathod ka Guda village under Badgaon police station area.
