As per report Rajasthan's Transport Department has sent a challan of Rs 7000 to deputy chief minister Prem Chand Bairwa's son for violating rules. Actually, a video of Bairwa's son driving a 'modified' vehicle went viral. After this, the challan has been deducted. The Transport Department has imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on Bairwa's son for unauthorized 'modification' in the vehicle, Rs 1,000 for not wearing a seat belt and Rs 1,000 for using a mobile phone while driving.

Perhaps the son of the vehicle owner Pushpendra Bhardwaj was also issued a notice on october 1, seeking clarification within seven days under the Motor vehicles Act. In fact, a reel of Bairwa and local congress leader Bhardwaj's sons driving a 'modified' vehicle went viral last week, after which a controversy arose.

Moreover in this reel, Bhardwaj's son is seen sitting in the front seat of the vehicle along with Bairwa's son and two people sitting in the back. The owner of the vehicle was identified as Bhardwaj's son. A rajasthan government vehicle with police lights was following them. After the video was criticized on social media, Bairwa defended his son and said that since he became the deputy chief minister, his son has got the opportunity to meet rich people and see their luxury cars. Bairwa had said, "Many children in my son's school are his friends. I want to thank the Honorable prime minister that he made a person like me the deputy chief minister of Rajasthan. After this, if rich people allow my son to sit in their cars and give him a chance to see luxury cars, then I am grateful to them. " He clarified that his son has not yet reached the legal driving age and the vehicle with him is only for safety.

Bairwa, an mla from Dudu assembly seat, said, "The police vehicle was behind for security. If people understand it differently, it is their point of view but I do not blame my son or his friends." However, Bairwa later expressed regret over the incident and said that he did not want his actions to tarnish the image of his party.
