After the start of Darbhanga airport, passengers had trouble in air travel due to the agreement being only with SpiceJet. Now they are going to get another option. Very soon indigo service is going to start from Darbhanga to delhi and Mumbai. If everything goes well, from december 1, indigo flights will fly from Darbhanga to delhi daily and to mumbai four days a week. JDU National Executive President and mp Sanjay Kumar Jha gave this information on wednesday (October 09).

sanjay jha said that indigo has applied for flights from Darbhanga airport to delhi and Mumbai. We have requested the Union Civil Aviation minister to allow indigo to fly from Darbhanga airport. indigo has currently applied for two slots from Darbhanga airport. One slot is for Darbhanga to delhi every day and the other is for Darbhanga to mumbai four days a week.

indigo gave information about time etc. to the ministry

sanjay jha said that we will get a slot in Darbhanga but it is difficult to get time in delhi or mumbai, we have requested for that. The ministry has been given complete information about the time etc., at what time the flight will arrive from delhi to Darbhanga or at what time the flight will leave from Darbhanga to Delhi. indigo has submitted this. If everything is cleared, then Indigo's service will start from december 1.

When will the service from Darbhanga to Bengaluru start?

During the conversation, journalists asked sanjay jha when the service to Bengaluru will start, to which he said that it will be phase wise. He said that we can request. The government does not have a plane now. There is no air india or indian airlines, there are private planes. Pointing towards Delhi-Mumbai from Darbhanga, he said that first this should be done, then we will try further (to Bengaluru etc.).
