Dussehra festival will be celebrated across the country on saturday (October 12). In Meerut, along with the effigies of Ravana, effigies of private hospitals and private schools will also be burnt on Dussehra. These effigies will be burnt by Samajwadi party mla Atul Pradhan. SP mla Atul Pradhan has started a mass movement against the looting of private schools and private hospitals in the city's Bhamashah Park. On receiving information about the protest by the SP mla, top officials reached the protest site and tried to convince the SP MLA. On which the SP mla fired arrows of questions at them. He has started a protest regarding his demands.
The SP mla has announced that he will burn effigies of private schools and private hospitals in victoria Park tomorrow. Although many officials had reached to talk to Atul Pradhan, Atul Pradhan scolded them. CMO Dr ashok Kataria, DIOS Rajesh Kumar, ADM ITI Brijesh Kumar, drug department officers, all were told off. Atul Pradhan said that the fee of a doctor should be Rs 200 and that of a senior doctor should be Rs 500.

Atul Pradhan asked, how many admissions did private schools make under Right to education (RTE), under which law is there a pressure to get tie belt school dress from one place and why is some other book being taught instead of NCERT book. When he sought answers from the officers on this too, the officers started looking away. Atul Pradhan has announced that tomorrow at 3 o'clock, there will be a meeting with the officers again and after Dussehra, I will march to the collectorate protest site and then I will go there.
